Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the mobile game Sir Knight: Idle RPG (the "Service") provided by Lonesmith ("we", "us"), and set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2. Effect and changes

1. These terms take effect when posted in the Service or on this site.
2. We may change them within the limits of the law, announcing changes at least 7 days ahead (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).
3. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. Accounts

1. You can use the Service as a guest or by linking a Google or Apple account.
2. You are responsible for your account and may not transfer, lend or sell it.
3. A guest account that is not linked may not be recoverable if the device is lost or reset.

4. The Service

1. We aim to run the Service at all times, but may pause it for maintenance, failures or events beyond our control, with prior notice where possible.
2. We may change any part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. If we end the Service, we will announce it at least 30 days ahead.
3. We may provide features that let players interact (friends, guilds, guild wars) and convenience features such as automatic summoning and merging. Guild war seasons, matchups, rankings and rewards are determined by our server records; rules and schedules are announced in advance and may change. Convenience features are subject to server-side count and interval limits.
4. Friend requests, guild applications and similar interactions depend on the other player's acceptance or approval. You can remove a friend or leave a guild at any time.

5. Paid items and refunds

1. You can buy paid currency in the Service. Payment is processed through the app store's payment methods (Google, Apple).
2. Where consumer protection law applies, you may request cancellation of an unused purchase within 7 days of payment. Refunds follow the app store's policies and procedures.
3. A minor's purchase made without a legal guardian's consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian.
4. Free currency is not refundable and may expire after the period we set.

6. Randomized items

We disclose the drop rates of randomized items such as summons on the in-game summon screen and on this site, and we operate them as disclosed.

7. Your responsibilities

You must not:

• hack, use macros or modified software, or tamper with server or client data to disrupt the Service;
• exploit bugs for unfair gain or share them with others;
• use another person's information, or trade accounts or items for money without our permission;
• use abusive, hateful, obscene or advertising chat or nicknames that harm other players;
• repeatedly send unwanted friend requests or guild applications, or use such content in guild names and descriptions;
• collude, share accounts or use automation programs to manipulate guild war or ranking results;
• infringe our copyrights or other rights, or those of third parties.

8. Restrictions

If you violate section 7 (whether found by another player's report or by our own review), we may issue a warning, restrict chat, suspend your account for a period, or ban it permanently. We will tell you the reason and duration, and you may respond through support.

9. Intellectual property

Art, music, text, software and other content in the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute or use them commercially without permission.

10. Account deletion

You can request deletion at any time in the in-game settings. It is finalized after a 7-day grace period, and logging in again during that time cancels it. Deleted currency and progress cannot be restored.

11. Limitation of liability

1. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network or app store outages.
2. We are liable for damages caused by our intent or negligence as required by applicable law.
